Shipping Charges

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: ₹100 per product (prepaid) / ₹250 per product (COD)
• COD Policy: ₹250 charge must be paid in advance to confirm COD orders
• Express Shipping: ₹200 per product, prepaid only, with prioritized processing

Timeline

We strive to deliver your orders within the following timeframes:

• Order Processing & Shipping: 4–5 days
• Delivery Time: 7–12 business days after dispatch

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on location and courier partner availability.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available with the following conditions:

• Available in Delhi NCR only
• Subject to product availability
• Orders via WhatsApp or Instagram DM only

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to ensure your order reaches you. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

RTO & Reshipment Policy

An order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if:

• Package is not accepted by the customer
• Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
• Delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
• Customer refuses the delivery

Reshipment Fee: ₹200 will be charged for reshipment to a new address.

Exception: If the RTO is due to courier partner issues or errors on our part, the order will be reshipped at no extra cost.

Important Notes

Please keep the following in mind:

• Shipping charges are calculated per product — if you order 2 items, shipping is charged for 2 items
• Double-check your address and contact details before confirming your order
• Prepaid orders are recommended for a smoother and faster delivery experience
