All products sold on this website are original Niva brand products. We design, source, and sell bags and accessories under the Niva brand name. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, licensed by, or connected to any other brand or fashion house. Our products are not replicas, counterfeits, or copies of any other brand's products. All designs are our own original creations.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Niva and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. 4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment can be made via online payment (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets via Razorpay) or Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders require a 10% advance payment at checkout, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our return policy. For COD orders, the advance payment will be refunded if we cancel the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for select locations. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹1,999. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

8. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
